Refund Policy

Literya subscriptions and in-app purchases are sold by Apple through the App Store (iOS) or by Google through Google Play (Android). Refunds are handled by the store that processed your purchase under their standard policies.

How to request a refund (iOS)

Use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com flow or the purchase history in your Apple ID settings. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

How to request a refund (Android)

Request a refund through Google Play according to Google's refund policies (Play Store app → profile → Payments & subscriptions, or Google Play help). We cannot issue Google Play refunds directly.

Trials

If a plan includes a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
